Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high order volume periods, processing may be slightly delayed. In such cases, additional time in transit may be required. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipment, we will contact you via email.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase with all relevant details.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Ukraine: 1-7 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 10–21 business days
- Other countries: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
We offer size exchanges only. To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Items eligible for exchange must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- custom or personalized orders
