Exchange Policy
According to the current legislation of Ukraine, corset products are not eligible for return. However, we may offer an exchange if the item does not fit properly in terms of size or fit. For other non-corset items from our assortment, both exchange and return are possible.
To request an exchange or return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchange or return is possible only if the item:
- has not been worn or used
- has no signs of wear, damage, or stains
- remains in its original condition
- includes all tags and original packaging
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
Shipping costs for both directions are covered by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
